| Mom and I took a biscuit class on Saturday at The Big Biscuit Barn. It was so much fun even though both of us have made many biscuits in our lives. We watched the owner make some biscuits and then we got to make our own. At the end they fed us a chicken salad cold plate and all the biscuits that were made. My favorite were probably the cinnamon biscuits. I'm going to make some when we go to the shore next week.
As for me, I think I'm on the upside of morning sickness. I always do this though. I know it comes and goes, but I worry when I'm not feeling sick. I hope everything's okay.
I go back to the doctor on the 29th and they'll do another ultrasound.

| I've been hesitant to update because I feel like all I'd do is complain, but I'll try anyway.
I'm pregnant! lol duh.
I'm in the stage of pregnancy where I can't eat a lot. Mostly bagels, but I'm sick of them. Tonight I'm trying some chicken noodle soup. I'm pretty much queasy all day every day. If I wake up at night, I'm still queasy.
I'm working on breaking Sara's pee record. I peed 5 times at work today. She's still winning!
In other news, work is going very well. I love my job and the people I work with. It was such a blessing to be placed there.
Dave is freaking awesome. I already knew this, but he's been so wonderful. My new bedtime is 8 PM so he really picks up the slack with housework and he doesn't mind that I can't cook most days right now. I love him so much. He's already such a good dad and husband. :)

| Dear Bakerella,
You don't have to put everything on a stick.
Love,
Jen

I don't know why I do this to myself.
I still think about my last employer all the time, nearly everyday. I miss those people so much but I wouldn't trade my job for one there now.
All that said, they are still very special to me, and well I forget that I'm not that special to them.
I was kind of arrogant to assume I'd be invited anyway, but there was no invitation to the Riverbend party for me this year. I was consoling myself by pretending they weren't having one this year because after all they had to lay off 25% of their staff of which I was one...unfortunately it's hard to ignore when one of your former coworkers mentions it via facebook...
Dang. It was a lot easier not to be hurt when I was pretending it didn't exist.

| Dave: Are you okay?
Me: Yeah, I'm fine. I just had to go to the bathroom.
Dave: You do that a LOT.
Me: What?
Dave: Everyday!
